Waterless essential oil diffusers operate differently from water-based ones.

As the essential oil evaporates inside the diffuser over time, it inevitably adheres to the inner walls.

Over time, this can clog the diffuser, preventing the mist outlet from discharging properly.

If there is no fragrance or mist after using it for a while, you can try cleaning the aromatherapy machine first.

It may be that the inner wall of the machine is clogged due to long-term atomization.

It does not mean that the function of the machine itself is damaged. Does the sound inside the machine mean it's broken?

No. The sound inside the machine is due to the leak proof bead design inside the machine. All of our machines have this sound. The function of leak proof beads is to prevent essential oils from leaking out of the atomization hole in a short period of time.

1. Add medical alcohol into the empty bottle of the machine.

2. Insert the suction tube of the atomizing head firmly.

3. Turn on the machine and let it work normally. Use your hand to press down firmly on the fog outlet of the machine.

It is recommended to use oil soluble essential oils with good fluidity and directly add them to the machine without adding water. It is not recommended to use essential oils that are too concentrated or too viscous.
